Easter At The Farm

Easter is a magical time on the farm. Nicky, the farmer's wife, hatches chicks especially timed to be born at Easter. As soon as they hatch she runs them to the Green Barn for little ones (and big ones) to have the most amazing experience of handling a newborn chick. We often have an orphan calf that needs feeding and of course gorgeous bunny rabbits and guinea pigs. We have pigs, goats and chickens too!

You'll have the opportunity to have a picture with the Easter Bunny and take gorgeous springtime photos to treasure or post online for everyone to admire.

The barn will also have Easter crafts and games.

Our Easter event 2026 runs from Saturday 21st March - Friday 10th April (excluding Easter Sunday and some weekdays). Adult tickets are £5.50 per person and children £12.50 ( this includes booking fee and VAT). Under 1s free but won't be eligible for easter treat after the egg hunt.

Bottle feed one of our 15 orphan lambs (they may not be hungry but we will always let you have a go)!

Make a bag of food to leave out for the Easter Bunny (he gets extremely peckish when hiding eggs!)

There are only a limited number of tickets for this hugely popular event and we have introduced time slots to make sure everyone has the best, most personal experience on our farm.

IMPORTANT: If you are pregnant or could be pregnant, please avoid the Maternity Ewe-nit. We also advise you do not touch the sheep or lambs and ensure you WASH YOUR HANDS thoroughly.

Face painting: Everday the event is running except 7th April and 10th April

Easter Bunny: Every half an hour. 10.30- 11, 11.30- 12.00, 12.30- 1pm, 1.30- 2pm, 2.30- 3pm, 3.30- 4pm, 4.30-5pm.

Easter Egg Hunt: Every hour from 11am. 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm. For older children their is an Easter quest, requirung them to crack the riddles.

Easter gift for chidren: 5 small Easter themed lollipops. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, flavouring, maize starch, gelatine & colours.

Big Bunny Hunt- This is a vintage tractor and trailor trip around the farm, looking for the bunnies. You'll have the opportunity to see a real working farm in action and ask questions about what we het up to. Rides every 15- 20 minutes and can be prebooked or buy tickets on the day.

Food & Drink: The cafe will be open as well as our outside cafe serving coffee and marshmallows for toasting.
